  Beans - Health Benefits A bean is a seed of the flowering plant family Fabaceae, which is used as a vegetable for  humans.  Beans are very healthy and contain nutritional facts. beansbutch Beans- Recipe Ingredient Beans -Recipe: Ingredients Beans - 250 gm Onion - 2 green chilly - 1 Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon Mustard and urad - 1/2 spoon  grated coconut 2 spoon  curry leaves Salt  as required  Method: 1. Wash the beans thoroughly and cut them into small pieces and keep them aside. 2. Keep a pan on the stove and pour  2 tablespoons of oil and add mustard and urad dal.   2. when it sputtered, add onion, green chilli, and curry leaves. Stir it until the onion gets  glass consistency. 3. Then add the beans, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir it once.             4. Then Add the required amount of water and add water, cover it with a lid and wait for it to boil. 5. Finally add grated coconut and stir it once. the recipe is ready. Serve hot.
