Ingredient:
lady's finger - 250gm
onion -2
green chili -1
coconut grated - 3 spoon
mustard and urad dal - 1 teaspoon
curry leaves
curd 1spoon
salt as required
Method:
1. Wash the lady's finger thoroughly in water. And slice into small pieces.
2. Keep a pan on the stove and pour 2 tablespoons of refined oil and add mustard
and urad dal, when mustard crackled, then add onion, and chili, and stir it well.
3. Then add sliced lady's finger, curd, and salt, and then stir it until it's cooked well.
4. when it is cooked well then add grated coconut. now the lady's finger poriyal is ready.
