Curry Leaves Chutney

curry Leaves - 250 gm

Green chili - 3

mustard and urad dal - 1teaspoon

coconut grated -2 tablespoon

tamarind - lemon size

Method:

1. keep a pan on the stove, pour one spoon of oil and add mustard, and urad dal.

2. When mustard sputtered  then add curry leaves, and chili, and stir them well


                      

   
         


3. Finally add grated coconut and stir it once.






                

4. Leave it to cool.




5. Add tamarind and grind it.


    


6. Curry Leaves Chutney is now ready.
