              *  seeyakai ( Acacia concinna )            
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Take good sleep regularly a minimum of 8 hours per day.
4. Eat healthy and nutritional food.
5. It's important to avoid hot styling tools. ex. hair straightening.
6. Try using a deep conditioner once a week instead of shampoo.
