1. High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is a condition where the force of blood flowing through the arteries is greater than the natural elasticity of the artery wall. This causes the arteries to become stiff and narrow, restricting the flow of blood. As a result, the heart has to work harder to pump blood throughout the body.

 2. Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)

Coronary artery disease occurs when plaque builds up inside the coronary arteries, 
 narrowing them over time. When the arteries are narrowed, they may not provide enough oxygen-rich blood to the heart muscle. if the blockage is severe, the heart muscle may die. CAD can cause chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, irregular heartbeat, and even death.

 3. Stroke

Strokes occur when a blood clot blocks an artery supplying blood to the brain. A stroke can happen suddenly without warning. Symptoms include sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm, leg, or one side of the body; confusion, trouble speaking or understanding speech; dizziness, loss of balance or coordination; vision problems; headache; or seizures.

4. Congestive Heart Failure

 Congestive heart failure occurs when the heart cannot pump enough blood to meet the body's demands. Over time, the heart becomes enlarged and less effective at pumping blood. In some cases, fluid collects around the lungs and liver, causing swelling and making breathing difficult.

5. Atherosclerosis

Atherosclerosis is the hardening of the arteries caused by cholesterol buildup. Cholesterol forms plaques along the inner lining of arteries. These plaques restrict the flow of blood and make it harder for the heart to pump.

 Heart:

Function of heart

Coronary refers to the area between each person's chest wall and heart. Diseases that affect the heart result in angina, a painful condition where arts of the chest become hot and painful. Most heart diseases are caused by unhealthy eating habits such as excessive animal fats and cholesterol. Eating a  healthy diet reduces your chances of getting heart disease and death from cardiovascular diseases.


Food for heart

The main compounds of a healthy diet include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean protein sources, unsaturated fats, and a moderate amount of alcohol and sugar. Fats are very important for health; they're a source of energy for you and make up most of your body mass. However, unhealthy fats can cause cholesterol levels in the blood to rise. Doctors recommend limiting saturated fats - which are found in animal products such as meat, dairy products, and full-fat cooking ingredient - along with trans fats found in processed foods.

 Heart-healthy eating also includes reducing sodium intake; consuming too much sodium can have negative health effects on your blood pressure. Additionally, eating small meals throughout the day helps control blood sugar levels. Many foods contain natural cholesterol inhibitors that help you stay heart-healthy. These foods include avocados, eggs, green leafy vegetables such as kale and spinach,  olive oil, nuts, and seeds such as almonds and sesame seeds, poultry such as chicken breast and turkey breast, seafood such as shrimp and salmon, lean beef such as grass-fed beef and stake-ground lamb, low-fat dairy products such as skim milk or low-fat yogurt, legumes such as black beans and kidney beans, and white beans, whole grains such as brown rice or whole wheat bread, and cereals with low saturated fat content such as complex carbohydrates provides energy for your muscles and help you stay energized throughout the day. Fruits provide essential vitamins and minerals needed by your body without adding excessive amounts of cholesterol to your diet. Along with grains, lean protein sources are necessary for maintaining good health; they provide essential amino acids necessary for protein synthesis in your body. Furthermore, healthy unsaturated fats found in avocados promote health by lowering harmful LDL cholesterol levels in the blood while increasing beneficial HDL cholesterol levels.



A healthy diet reduces your chances of developing cardiovascular diseases like angina pectoris (chest pain) due to high LDL cholesterol levels. People need to change their unhealthy diets by consuming more healthy foods like whole grains instead of refined grains. Heart disease is a tough disease to fight; people need to eat well to stay healthy.

You can also eat healthier foods without issue by avoiding sugary treats or fatty meats that increase your fat storage levels. Reducing excess calories simplifies weight loss while increasing the effectiveness of workouts and other health practices.


Regular exercise helps you stay healthier as you age while reducing calories through heat production. Eating a balanced diet full of healthy foods also helps your body burn calories efficiently.
